Imported directly from Japan where they raise prized cattle, these densely marbled NY Strips, perhaps the tenderest steak you’ll ever cut into, the juicy flavor profile is rich, buttery-smooth, beefy and truly unforgettable. Every bite practically melts in your mouth. These have a BMS rating of 10-12! 12 being the highest there is.
Miyazaki Prefecture on Kyushu, the southern Island of Japan. Here cattle are raised with special care and husbandry by ranchers who have dedicated their lives to Wagyu. Fed for over 600 days on a special diet including wheat, rice, corn, barley and other wholesome foods, their diet promotes “shimofuri,” the highest quality fat marbling.
The climate of Kyushu is sub-tropical versus the cold, snow, northern clime of Hokkaido and cattle raised here are famous for their cherry red color and dense “meatiness”.

Insane flavors, melts in your mouth. Absolutely delicious steak, does amazing in the cast Iron for that intense sear.
This was an amazing cut. Just a simple way of cooking it had so much flavor in every bite. This cut all you need is a little bit of salt and heat. 11/10 would do again!
