All our Lamb racks are expertly cut by artisans, the bones are “Frenched” – cleaned of remaining meat and fat – then delivered to you fresh, never frozen. That’s why these little packages create such a special plate.
My second time making/eating lamb. This time I used a sous vide method then seared. I couldn't have been happier.
Perfectly cut and extremely flavorful. Larger than the racks from our normal local raised lamb.
