These were amazing. I’m used to raw octopus and having to blanch them and then grill. These I coated in Olive oil and threw directly on the grill. Got a good char on them, sliced them up, coated in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and parsley. They ended up absolutely perfect. Better than any grilled Octopus I’ve had anywhere else. Strongly recommend.
