These steaks have the firm texture associated with the sirloin cut, but feature the same delicious essence of Australian Wagyu beef. Better than Filet Mignon

These things are amazing, so much more flavor than normal beef and the better wagyu marbling makes much more tender than your typical filet mignon. Our new go-to steaks!
