The Tri-Tip is maybe my favorite of the 4-5 Wagyu cuts I've had. Beautiful marbling, and full of flavor, with out being "too rich". Cut feeds 3-4 people
Made this for the family this past weekend. Grilled up perfect with a coffee / brown sugar rub and a little homemade Romesco to top. Super-highly recommend! My family loved it!
I have cooked tri -tip for years.. not this bad boy. Wife made a Santa Maria rub and I went to work.. 10/10 would eat all day
MA’s red label tri tip may have ruined me. Tri tip was always one of my favorites, but now I’m afraid I can never go back to prime again. A large portion perfectly cut and visually impressive.
