Excellent

Couldn’t be happier with this cut. The marbling was evident and produced wonderful flavor. I’ve always been a fan of tri-tip but this was out of this world.

Perfection!!

The Tri-Tip is maybe my favorite of the 4-5 Wagyu cuts I've had. Beautiful marbling, and full of flavor, with out being "too rich". Cut feeds 3-4 people

Next-Level Griller

Made this for the family this past weekend. Grilled up perfect with a coffee / brown sugar rub and a little homemade Romesco to top. Super-highly recommend! My family loved it!

I have cooked tri -tip for years.. not this bad boy. Wife made a Santa Maria rub and I went to work.. 10/10 would eat all day
