Our Artisan Silver Label is a delicious Wagyu experience for those desiring a higher level of Wagyu flavor without the intense richness of the Gold and Blue Labels. The silver label offers moderate to high marbling far above USDA Prime for an excellent blend of that buttery wagyu richness with a strong flavor profile.
Our Pastrami is made of Australian Wagyu Beef that has been seasoned in a flavorful brine for a few days before getting rubbed in molasses and spices and then is slow smoked and cooked in sessions with maple wood. It is incredibly tender and delicious. Our Australian Wagyu Pastrami is so tender and velvety that it melts in your mouth.
Nick and the whole crew at Meat Artesian are just awesome. Product is even better than they advertise. Would strongly advise any one looking for awesome meats and seafood to try it! I can guarantee you won’t find a better product or service around anywhere!!! I’d give it 11 out of 10. It’s just that awesome!!
