Prepared simply. Thinly sliced Lemons on top. Thrown on the Kamado big joe at a lower temp and pulled off at 110 degrees. Wrapped in butcher paper for 10 min. I’m a steak guy and we have eaten at many nice places... but it was heaven to my ears having the Wife say it’s the bEST fish she’s ever had in her life. Melted like butter in our mouths. Big green egg lump charcoal with a few pieces of apple for the smoke on a cedar plank. You will not be disappointed! As usual, Thanks Meat Artisan. <3
Very creamy and delicious. Exceeded my expectations. I cooked it sous vide at 115 for 1.5 hours then torched the top. The result was milky creamy delicious
