MA Blue Label Australian Wagyu Denver Steak
Our Artisan Blue Label is reserved only for the finest and most rare Wagyu available. The Blue label is only given to Wagyu that scores at the very top of the marbling scale, far above USDA Prime, and derived from only Full Blood Wagyu animals. These have very limited availability and offer a luxury experience for those desiring the very best of pure Wagyu, without any crossbreed genetics creating different flavor profiles.
The Denver steak is not a well known cut, it comes from a large muscle below the Chuck Eye in the beef shoulder. The shoulder muscles gets quite the workout, but the Denver is one of the least used muscles. This means that Denver Steaks have an extra deep beef flavor and are the fourth most tender cut of beef!

So juicy and tender with a good meaty flavor. Honestly, whatever cut you get, you will not be disappointed. Nick and his team are just high quality people and it’s reflected in a high quality product. The meat is already worth the price, but the people are an added bonus. Also top notch is the customer service - fast transactions, friendly and timely responses, and I’ve never had any issues with shipping and handling. Finally, the packaging is all eco-friendly from the ice packs to the foam insulation.
