Our Artisan Red Label is a tasty Wagyu experience for those just wanting an excellent Wagyu eating experience, perfect for the everyday cookout or trying wagyu for the first time. The red label offers moderate marbling just above USDA Prime for an excellent blend of tenderness and that buttery-smooth wagyu flavor profile.

The Denver steak is not well known cut, it comes from a large muscle below the Chuck Eye in the beef’s shoulder. The shoulder muscles gets quite the workout, so Denver Steaks have an extra deep beef flavor.

First Time Ordering

I’ve never had Wagyu anything before. I decided to order two Australian Wagyu Denver steaks to give it a try. They were the best tasting steaks I’ve ever had. Incredible.

Delicious and tender

Absolutely delicious, had them cooked on the grill, sous vide and finished on the grill, and raw as carpaccio, was equally delicious all ways! Great beef flavor and super tender, will definitely buy again!

They are excellent. I just cook them in the skillet with a little butter and garlic. Very easy to prepare and are packed with flavor.
