Our Artisan Red Label is a tasty Wagyu experience for those just wanting an excellent Wagyu eating experience, perfect for the everyday cookout or trying wagyu for the first time. The red label offers moderate marbling just above USDA Prime for an excellent blend of tenderness and that buttery-smooth wagyu flavor profile.
The Denver steak is not a well known cut, it comes from a large muscle below the Chuck Eye in the beef shoulder. The shoulder muscles gets quite the workout, but the Denver is one of the least used muscles. This means that Denver Steaks have an extra deep beef flavor and are the fourth most tender cut of beef!
Nice flavor. Got to a nice medium rare with a 90min sous vide and then 60 second/side sear. Still was a little tough for some people in the group, but it was great to try them. Might just keep them for myself next time
These Denvers are probably my favorite type of cuts. The quality of their meats is always so amazing and consistent. After grilling some of them, the meat just melts in your mouth like butter. Great stuff and highly recommended.
These Denvers are absolutely incredible. I cook them on high heat for 3 mins per side in a cast iron skillet with a little S&P and oil and they consistently turn out amazing. The flavor is super rich and buttery and IMO, this is the best bang-for-your buck out of everything MA has to offer. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
These Denver steaks are a first for me, but so good. I have grilled and pan seared and both ways are great. High quality cut and delicious.
The marbling was amazing on these! The taste was different then any steak I've had before. definitely top notch steak.
