The marbling in this steak was very impressive. I seasoned with himilayan pink salt & coats black pepper, seared it on a cast iron skillet, while basting with butter. Finn MJ usher to 130 in the oven at 400 °. The steak melted in my mouth.... one of the best, tenderest steaks I’ve ever eaten.
