We searched far and wide to find a farm producing the best short ribs available, and these have marbling better than most Wagyu. Slowly braised to perfection, bone-in beef short ribs are super rich, incredibly juicy, and HUGE on flavor. Our artisan butchers sort and cut these full racks with the bone in for insulation and added flavor. Each rack is approximately 4-6 lbs.
