We searched far and wide to find a farm producing the best short ribs available, and these have marbling better than most Wagyu. Slowly braised to perfection, bone-in beef short ribs are super rich, incredibly juicy, and HUGE on flavor. Our artisan butchers sort and cut these full racks with the bone in for insulation and added flavor. Each rack is approximately 4-6 lbs.

My favorite thing to cook
These Dino ribs are incredible. I’ve done 4 racks and every single time the people I’m feeding are blown away. Meaty, juicy, tender. There is a reason they’re known as “brisket on a stick”!
Holy Meat Heaven
Incredible. Only had to trim a thin amount of fat cap off. Heavy salt, pepper and some bonding agent. Smoked at 280 for 7 hours. Add a spritzer of Apple Cider Vinegar and Water every hour after 2/3 hours on the smoker. Just incredible.
Dino ribs!!
Showed up on time, quality was amazing. Tasted great. Would definitely get again. Before sectioning the ribs individually, it looks like the ribs from The Flintstones that toppled the car LOL.

Always Amazing
These beef short ribs are massive and incredibly tasty. Everyone always love these when I throw them on the grill. Typically smoke at 225 for 8 hours and then let rest for an hour or so. A little less manual labor than a whole brisket and the flavor is memorable. Will be buying these a lot more often going forward!
