These have very limited availability and offer a luxury experience for those desiring the very best of Wagyu.
Our boneless prime rib roast is superbly marbled, robust in flavor, tender, juicy with a taste like nothing else. Our artisan butchers have removed the bone to make preparation simple and carving effortless. Our Australian Wagyu roasts are hand selected and hand cut from the premium ribeye section and include both the highly prized cap and center eye that’s rich with beautiful internal marbling.
