Our Artisan Blue Label is reserved only for the finest and most rare Wagyu available. The Blue label is only given to Wagyu that scores at the very top of the marbling scale, far above USDA Prime, and derived from only Full Blood Wagyu animals. These have very limited availability and offer a luxury experience for those desiring the very best of pure Wagyu, without any crossbreed genetics creating different flavor profiles.
The Tri Tip is flavorful and tender cut from the bottom of the sirloin that can be prepared in a variety of ways, but is amazing hot off a hardwood grill or smoker. This ultra-popular cut of beef is well-loved coast to coast and is jam-packed with rich, beefy flavor with perfect silky texture from the abundant marbling our Wagyu is famous for.
Blue Label Tri Tip
Cooked one of these up over the weekend at "Fishing camp"...reverse seared it. Hands down the best and most tender cut of meat that we have all eaten. Fed about 8 hungry ***** guys. We were all highly impressed. Melted in your mouth like better. 10/10
