Our fresh, natural pork loin chops come from our network of family farms. These farmers specialize in sustainable practices that keep the animals and land healthy. All of our pork chops are cut from the pork loin, selected and cut by our artisan butchers.

A well-marbled and deliciously flavorful cut of pork that works wonderfully when roasted, braised or barbecued.
