Our Artisan Gold Label is reserved only for the finest and most rare Wagyu available. The Gold label is only given to Wagyu that scores at the very top of the marbling scale, far above USDA Prime. These have very limited availability and offer a luxury experience for those desiring the very best of Wagyu.

The Denver steak is not a well known cut, it comes from a large muscle below the Chuck Eye in the beef shoulder. The shoulder muscles gets quite the workout, but the Denver is one of the least used muscles. This means that Denver Steaks have an extra deep beef flavor and are the fourth most tender cut of beef!
