Our bone-in prime rib roast is superbly marbled, robust in flavor, tender, juicy with a taste like nothing else. Our USDA Prime roasts are hand selected and hand cut from the premium ribeye section and include both the highly prized cap and center eye that’s rich with beautiful internal marbling. These prime rib roasts are the perfect center piece for any occasion. The bone has been left in and painstakingly cleaned for an even more dramatic serving presentation and added flavor. Also known as a standing rib roast, the cut is best roasted whole “standing” on its ribs, allowing the top layer of fat to render and self-baste the meat. These special roasts are hand selected USDA Prime Beef from one of the finest Black Angus producers in the United States, known for their high standards of land and animal stewardship and strict no-antibiotics or added hormones policies. The Prime Grade certifies this roast has the highest level of marbling recognized by the USDA.
