Best burger ever
Don’t over cook these beauties, medium rare brings the best texture and taste.

The client and guests really enjoyed the burgers. Lots of comments about how good they were!

Best burger ever
I never overcook meat when grilling, so these burger were a perfect medium rare. I only added a small amount of seasoning, not to over shadow the true flavor of the meat. These burgers were juicy, tender, and loaded with flavor. It will be hard to eat any other burger. I definitely recommend these.

These were good!
You need a HOT cast iron pan- I tried using my cast iron on my grill, but overall I couldn't get it hot enough. I ended up using a turkey fryer burner with cast iron- HOT HOT. drop/smash/don't touch for 2 minutes. flip, drop your cheese on it, don't touch for 2 minutes. done. The fat should be catching on fire type of hot. The CRUNCH and flavor is awesome!

First time buyer of the Australian wagyu smashburgers -- cooked them on a cast iron grill on the stove top -- we never had a burger that good ! Melts in your mouth. Hard to resist eating a second burger! HIghly recommend this ! Will be buying more in the future!
