The Blue label is only given to Wagyu that scores at the very top of the marbling scale, far above USDA Prime, and derived from only Full Blood Wagyu animals. These have very limited availability and offer a luxury experience for those desiring the very best of pure Wagyu, without any crossbreed genetics creating different flavor profiles.
Our Australian Wagyu briskets are rich with spectacular marbling perfect for braising, smoking or any long and slow cooking method. These briskets are competition proven and consistently deliver the taste that you can only get from our hand selected Australian Wagyu. Our Artisan butchers leave a generous fat cap which slowly infuses the meat with epic flavor during the course of slow cooking, and combined with buttery-smooth flavor of our Australian Wagyu. This is a huge hunk of amazing beef! I don’t think even a novice grill master could ruin this. Salt & pepper then smoke to the proper temp will yield an amazing meal that will feed a big group.
I have always enjoyed a good slow smoked brisket...but I never knew what I was missing until I had the Meat Artisan Blue Label Wagyu brisket. Like the title says, “just amazing!”
