I'm fortunate to have tried the Australian Wagyu Burgers from Meat Artisan and let me tell you....these things were absolutely delicious! I cooked them on my Traeger smoker to add a little smokey flavor to them and they were truly a chefs kiss. 11/10 would recommend

So much flavor and deliciousness all cuddled up in a burger patty. You should, 100%, get these. Your taste buds will be so excited! Just a little hint, if you cook these on your Blackstone or another griddle. They take a bit longer than normal burgers to cook….. they’re a bit tighter than your basic hamburger meat. But, still worth the extra wait time.
