These beautifully marbled Australian Wagyu Ribeye Steaks are as good as they get when it comes to flavor. Right away you’ll notice the amazing amount of creamy marbling across these steaks which renders into buttery-flavor when cooked. Marbling means flavor, and this much marbling means rich, creamy flavor and incredible, butter-knife soft texture that just melts in your mouth.
Quick 4x4 grill on the BGE at 425* and all mouths were happy! My wife was so impressed, gave me permission to order as much as I wanted! Bye bye college fund!
I pulled it from the oven at 115 degrees but I seared it too long on each side because it came out medium well but I prefer medium rare.

This was my first experience with Wagyu. I figured it was going to be good...I had no idea it was going to be this good. Salt and pepper with a small squeeze of fresh lemon, amazing flavor! Reverse sear pulled off at a bloody medium rare, amazing.
