I’ve had almost everything that MA has to offer. But this is by far my favorite. It is so juicy and tender. So much flavor. I can’t believe I waited this long to try it! It’s a must buy!
I’ve had it all - Japanese A5 from various regions, American Wagyu, Upper Prime, Prime, Choice, grass fed, you name it. This Aussie Wagyu product is by far the best beef product available. These skirt steaks were amazing. The thing that stands out the most to me is the beef flavor, texture, and fat. With this Aussie product you get the beef flavor and meatiness of an American beef product as well as the silky fat quality of a Japanese product. The tenderness is off the charts. Fork tender. Could recommend this product any more. Five stars.
Grilled my first one of these last night for taco and it was amazing! Seared about a good minute on each side and was perfect medium rare. Flavor was excellent and it melted in my mouth. These are about 3’ long so you will need to cut before you grill.
But this skirt steak was probly the best piece of meat ive ever had in my life and definitely my new favorite!
