Our Artisan Red Label is a tasty Wagyu experience for those just wanting an excellent Wagyu eating experience, perfect for the everyday cookout or trying wagyu for the first time. The red label offers moderate marbling just above USDA Prime for an excellent blend of tenderness and that buttery-smooth wagyu flavor profile.
The Coulotte, also known as the “Picanha”, is one of our customer favorites! With plenty of marbling and a large fat cap that infuses flavor, this is a juicy and savory cut that can be portioned into steaks or as a whole roast. This is a go-to cut, a hidden gem that’s wildly popular in Brazilian dishes because it’s flavorful, tender and is easily prepared on a grill or open flame with simple seasoning. There was a bit of a debacle with my order and I never received my shipment. Needless to say, Tony IS the man and made it more than right... he even sent a pack of some amazing burgers.
