The silver label offers moderate to high marbling far above USDA Prime for an excellent blend of that buttery wagyu richness with a strong flavor profile.
One of our most popular steaks, our Australian Wagyu tomahawk steaks are the ultimate in presentation and flavor! Each beautifully cut steak is a richly marbled, full ribeye steak attached to a long, exposed bone. Our artisan butchers hand trim the bone and cut these magnificent steaks extra thick to allow for slower cooking, enhancing all the bone-in flavor and preserve all the natural juices. These large steaks include the coveted cap of ribeye so they’re amazing in appearance and incredibly delicious.
