Package came nicely done with cold packs in a cooler box. Individual steaks vaccine packed. Did a reverse cook. Baked at 325 until 105 internal and then seared in cast iron skillet for about 3 min. Perfectly done And melted in mouth. So sorry we didn't take pics.
