Urbani Kaluga Caviar

Our Urbani Kaluga Hybrid Caviar is a delightful blend of Huso Dauricus and Acipenser Schrenckii sturgeons, native to Asia. This caviar, with its robust, large, and firm beads, offers a pure flavor with a pleasant light aftertaste. 

The beautiful bronze and chocolate brown eggs are perfect for adding a touch of elegance to hot dishes or savoring on their own. It pairs wonderfully with Sparkling Rosé, Blanc de Blanc, Blanc de Noir, Brut Champagne, Sanceré, and Pilsner.

Care instructions: as soon as you receive your caviar, place your caviar tin on a bed of ice mixed with salt (in a bowl or tray) and refrigerate in the bottom drawer of your refrigerator at temperatures 28°-34°F.  Consume within 48 hours for optimal freshness.  Avoid using metallic spoons as they can impart an unpleasant metallic taste to the roe.
