Construction: Traditional San-Mai (3 layer) Hand Forged
Steel: Hitachi Super Blue Core with Stainless Steel outer layers.
HRC: 62 +/- 2 Rockwell Hardness for unrivaled performance and incredible edge retention with easier sharpening.
Length: Cutting edge average is between 1.5" - 1.75” with an overall average length of 6" - 7”
Blade: Kurouchi Black Forge Finish
Handle: Direct Tang Grip with Black Forge Finish
